MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 29,1997 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Miron at 8:15PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, Johnson, Leroux, Miron <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />This special/emergency meeting of the Hugo City Council was called at the request of <br />Robert and Adrian Kramarczuk seeking Council approval to reinstate the liquor license of <br />L.A.M. International to operate R.J.'s. Mr. Lenny Minich will be charge of the day-to-day <br />operations of the bar until the Kra.marczuk's obtain their own license from the City. <br />Goiffon made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1997-8, A <br />RESOLUTION REINSTATING THE LIQUOR LICENSE OF L.A.M. <br />INTERNATIONAL TO OPERATE R. J.' S LOUNGE. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />VOTING NAY: Debi Johnson <br />Motion Carried. <br />Mayor Miron informed the Council that the State Legislature will again consider the City's <br />request for grant money to fund the Clearwater Creek project. He will attend a <br />House/Senate Conference Committee on Friday, May 2, 1997, along with Pete <br />Willenbring. <br />Leroux made motion, Barnes seconded, to adjourn at 8:25PM. <br />All aye.
