City Council meeting of December 16, 1996 <br />Page 4 <br />For the last two years, the City of Hugo has entered into an Agreement with White Bear <br />Township and the City of Lino Lakes for supplemeatary law enforcement services on Bald <br />Eagle Lake during the winter months. The proposed Amt reflects a reduced number <br />of patrol hours due to Lino Lakes's decision to not participate this season. <br />Leroux made motion, Agness seconded, that the City of Hugo fund, at 25%, the 1996197 <br />Law Enforcement Amt with White Bear Township for supplemarntary law <br />enforcement services on Bald Eagle Lake. City staff shall communicate with the Bald <br />Eagle Area Association after this year's winter season, asking that they send a <br />representative to a City Council meeting with justification for supplementary patrol. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />I 3V i &lei e _:_►� <br />Mayor Miron briefed the Council on meetings held this date regarding the Browns Creek <br />flooding problems, and a meeting with Roy Molitor and his attorney, for purchase of his <br />property for the Bald Eagle Industrial Park expansion. <br />ADMIIVISTRATOWS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />The Council will return their executed performance evaluation for the City Administrator <br />to Greg Galler at the fust regular City Council meeting in January, 1997. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing staff to formulate an evaluation for <br />contract staff for Council review in early January, 1997. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LETTER OF CREDIT REDUCTION (ONEKA ESTATES) <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to remove previous motion regarding this matter <br />from table. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to retain $8,750 and $250 for each lot without a <br />boulevard tree in the Oneka Lakes subdivision. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 96-19, A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES FOR THE YEAR 1997. <br />
