At this point in time Xcel is looking at a future <br />master plan and with the agreement option expiring Xcel has decided to buy that land and in <br />order for that to take place, the split needs to be approved. <br />Juba stated that Excel Energy is the applicant and the Molitor family is the landowner. If the <br />preliminary plat and final plat are approved Xcel would be purchasing Lot 1, Block 1 and the <br />Molitor family would retain ownership of Outlot A <br />Chairman Gwynn opened the Public Hearing. <br />David Engel (5249 141' Circle North) voiced a concern that him and his neighbors would like to <br />see some type of fencing or tree line along 140"' Street to help screen the residential areas from <br />the industrial area. <br />Chairman Gwynn closed the Public Hearing. <br />McRoberts made a motion, Arcand seconded, to approve the preliminary plat and final plat for <br />the Roy Molitor 2"d Addition as presented.
