MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />November 8, 2012 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Gwynn called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Gwynn, Lessard, Kleissler, Knauss, Rosenquist <br />ABSENT: McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: Rachel Juba, Planner <br />Liz Hanson, Community Development Intern <br />Oath of Office <br />Corky Lessard read and signed his Oath of Office to become a member of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Arcand made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />September 13, 2012, with revisions. <br />All Ayes, motion carried. <br />Site Plan — Xcel Energy <br />Planner, Rachel Juba, presented to the Planning Commission the Site Plan for Xcel Energy <br />Building addition located at 13620 Fenway Boulevard North. The applicant is requesting a site <br />plan approval for a 5,000 square foot warehouse addition. <br />Juba presented the topics of layout, landscaping, and building architecture. She concluded in <br />saying that the applicant meets all the requirements necessary to approve a site plan, with the <br />conditions in the resolution. She stated that staff recommends approval of the site plan <br />application for Xcel Energy. <br />Chairman Gwynn asked the Xcel Energy representative Lynn Patzner if she wished to add <br />anything. She said she did not. <br />Chairman Gwynn asked for the Commission feedback. <br />No one from the Planning Commission had any issues with the request. <br />
