MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 25, 2010 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Gwynn, Kleissler, Moore, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: Dennis Fields, Community Development Assistant <br />Rachel Simone, Associate Planner <br />Approval of Minutes of February 11, 2010 <br />Arcand made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />February 11, 2010. <br />All Ayes, Motion carried. <br />Glamos Wire Products — Site Plan <br />City Planner, Rachel Simone, gave the background to the Planning Commission. The request <br />was for a Site Plan, for a 5685 square foot office addition located at 5564 152nd ST N. The <br />addition would require the demolition of the existing 4000 Sq. ft. office area. Staff <br />recommended approval of the request. <br />Rosenquist thought the plan was a great addition. <br />Arcand agreed and thought it looked nice. <br />Gwynn made a motion, seconded by Kleissler, to approve the Site Plan for Glamos Wire <br />Products. <br />All ayes, motion carried. <br />Rachel gave an update to the Planning Commission. She explained that the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan was approved by the City Council at their last meeting. <br />Adjournment <br />Rosenquist Motioned, Arcand seconded, to adjourn. <br />All Ayes.
