PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION STATE OF MINNESOTA) County of Ramsey) CITY OF HUGO ORDINANCE NO. 2011- 454 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AMENDING ARTICLE V BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, SECTION 2-161 MEMBERSHIP, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO HISTORICAL COMMISSIONER TERMS WHEREAS, the City Council established the Hugo Heritage Perserva- tion Committee, aka Historical Commission, by ordinance in December 2002; and, WHEREAS, the ordinance appoints commissioners for two-year terms; and, WHEREAS, Commissioners have been serving three-year terms as es- tablished in the Mission and Organization Statement of the Hugo His- torical Comission; and WHEREAS, the City is desirous of amending the ordinance to appoint Historical Commissioners for three-year terms; and, NOW, THERFORE, it is ordained by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, Section 2-161 of Article V of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby amended to appoint members of the Historical Commission to three-year terms.
