MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 27, 2008 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Kleissler, McRoberts, Moore, Rosenquist, Schumann, and Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director (CDD) <br />Kendra Lindau, City Planner <br />Rachel Simone, Associate Planner <br />Michele Lindau, Secretary <br />Approval of Minutes of January 24, 2008 <br />Weidt made motion, Kleissler seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />January 24, 2008 as presented. <br />Ayes: Kleissler, Moore, Rosenquist, Schumann, and Weidt <br />Abstain: McRoberts <br />Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes of March 6, 2008 <br />Weidt made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />March 6, 2008 as presented. <br />Ayes: McRoberts, Moore, Rosenquist, Schumann, and Weidt <br />Abstain: Kleissler <br />Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes of March 13, 2008 <br />McRoberts made motion, Weidt seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />March 13, 2008 as presented. <br />All Ayes: <br />Motion carried. <br />Industrial Painting Specialists — Site Plan <br />The Commission considered the application of Gary Papermaster, owner of Industrial Painting <br />Specialists, 5858 152nd Street North, for site plan approval for a 21,000 square foot addition to <br />
