MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 28, 2005 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Kleissler, McRoberts, Rosenquist, Schumann, Weidt <br />Hoffbeck arrived after roll call. <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director <br />Michele Lindau, Community Development Assistant <br />Sam Crosby, Planner <br />Minutes of April 14, 2005 <br />Weidt made motion, Bailly seconded, to approve the minutes of April 14, 2005 as amended. <br />Ayes: Bailly, Hoffbeck, Kleissler, Rosenquist, Schumann, Weidt <br />Abstain: McRoberts <br />Motion carried. <br />Randy Nugent - Pavement Guys Holdings, LLC for Site Plan, Variance, CUP <br />The Commission continued the public hearing to consider the application of Pavement Guys <br />Holdings, LLC, 6937 West Shadow Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, for approval of a site plan, variance, <br />and conditional use permit to allow construction of a 15,065 square foot office/warehouse <br />building on a vacant lot in the Peloquin Industrial Park. The application was considered at the <br />Planning Commission meeting on April 14, 2005. The Commission tabled the request to allow <br />the applicant to address issues raised by the Commission. <br />The applicant had revised the plans to show the relocation of the west entrance of the building, <br />revised ponding and parking stalls, and additional sidewalks, landscaping, and curbing. <br />The Planner pointed out that the plan still did not show all curbing and did not show the trash <br />enclosures in the rear of the building. <br />
