The CDD explained that the 10 -foot
wide by 72 -foot long addition would be in the form of a "lean-to" structure attached to the west
side of the existing maintenance building. The addition is proposed at a location that is interior
to the golf course and is not easily visible from adjacent properties.
John Arcand, part owner of Oneka Ridge Golf Course, was at the meeting and explained that
the lean-to would be located behind the existing building and would not be very visible. The
sides would be open to allow the golf carts and maintenance equipment to be stored quickly to
protect them from rain.
Malaski asked if there was any additional landscaping required. The CDD explained that there
was adequate landscaping on the golf course.
McRoberts made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to recommend approval of the site plan for an
addition to the maintenance building at the Oneka Ridge Golf Course.
All Ayes.
