MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2004 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Kleissler, Malaski, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: Hoffheck, McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director (CDD) <br />Kendra Lindahl, Planner <br />Michele Lindau, Community Development Assistant <br />Minutes of August 12, 2004 <br />Bailly made motion, Kleissler seconded, to approve the minutes of August 12, 2004 as submitted. <br />Ayes: Bailly, Kleissler, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />Abstain: Malaski <br />Motion carried. <br />Pulte Homes Minor Subdivision for Pipeline Located in Waters Edge South <br />The Commission held a public hearing to consider the request of Pulte Homes of Minnesota <br />Corporation, 815 Northwest Parkway, Eagan, for two minor subdivisions to split a 50 -foot wide <br />strip of land currently owned by Xcel Energy. The properties are located within the Waters Edge <br />South development. Pulte Homes requested that the two parcels of land be split into two parcels <br />each (four total parcels). Pulte will incorporate the portions of land within their development into <br />the Water Edge South project. <br />A representative of Pulte Homes was at the meeting to answer questions. <br />Chair Schumann explained that the public hearing was part of the legal procedure to subdivide <br />property and have it properly recorded. He opened the public hearing. There were no comments <br />and he closed the public hearing. <br />Malaski made motion, Schumann seconded, to recommend approval of the minor subdivision for <br />Pulte Homes. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />
