Planning Commission Meeting June 26, 2003 - page 3 <br />for three properties in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br />White Bear Electric requested site plan approval for a 8,100 square foot office and warehouse <br />facility and future 4,000 square foot expansion on Lot 2, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th <br />Addition. <br />Grant Barrette Company requested site plan approval for a 3,000 square foot office and warehouse <br />facility on Lot 6, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition. <br />J.Olson Tool requested site plan approval for a 6,400 square foot office and manufacturing facility <br />and a 4,000 square foot expansion area on Lot 5, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th <br />Addition. <br />Jim Faulkner was present at the meeting as well as Grant Barrette, Grant Barrette Company; Rick <br />Suess, White Bear Electric; and Jeff Olson, J. Olson Tool. <br />McRoberts made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to recommend approval of the site plan for White <br />Bear Electric. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Mc Roberts made motion, Kleissler seconded, to recommend approval of the site plan for Grant <br />Barrette Company. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />McRoberts made motion, Bailly seconded, to recommend approval of the site plan for J. Olson <br />Tool. <br />Al Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Concept Plan for Seever Property <br />Oneka Lake Development Company, LLC appeared before the Planning Commission to solicit <br />informal comments on a sketch plan for a proposed development on the Joyce and Merald Seever <br />property. The property is located on the north and south side of Oneka Lake Boulevard east of Greene <br />Avenue. <br />Terry Miller from Oneka Lake Development Company presented the plat to the Commission. <br />The CD Director explained that the subject property was located east of the 2020 MUSA, and in order <br />for the development to proceed the property would need to be included in the MUSA. <br />Miller said he would be holding neighborhood meetings, and Schumann suggested the Commission <br />be informed of these meetings. <br />
