The elevations shall be revised to include a stone sill, or comparable material, <br />between the rock -face block and brick to provide a transition between the <br />different materials. <br />7. The application shall provide details for the awning for review and approval by <br />staff. <br />8. The trash enclosure elevation shall be revised to include the rock -face block, as <br />well as, the brick used on the building. <br />Landscaping/Gateway Elements <br />4. The applicant shall continue to work with staff on revisions to the landscape plan. <br />The final design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />5. The applicant shall add trees in the landscaped areas along 1471h Street. <br />6. The applicant shall continue to work with staff on what is included for the <br />gateway elements and the design. The final design shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />7. Landscaping shall be fully installed per approved Iandscape plan. <br />8. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent <br />properties.
