Because the project results in a net decrease of impervious surface from existing <br />conditions, the project is exempt from the watershed management requirements. <br />2. City utilities are available to the site. The specific connection details will be reviewed as <br />part of the building permit application. <br />We will continue to work with the applicant to address technical design and other minor issues <br />related to the project as the project moves forward.
