We have been supplied with and reviewed your Downtown Plan & Design <br />Guidelines. We have attempted to meet or exceed as many of the suggested <br />design guidelines as possible. We would like to bring the following points to your <br />attention where we feel we have met these guidelines. <br />• Building is oriented to the street with fully articulated street fagade <br />based on traditional storefront (doors and display windows alongside <br />walk. <br />• The front fagade has unique design. <br />• Awnings are provided on four sides <br />• Building design elements are bricK with cornice elements. <br />• Entrance oriented to side with side parking.
