The plans include a 20 -foot wide access easement to allow for access to the storm water pond that is
shown on the east edge of the plat, as well as sufficient drainage and utility easements to allow for
access to the rear -yard drainage systems.
Gradine. Drainase, and Wetlands
1. The storm water management plans are consistent with the storm water permit requirements, and
include the following:
Storm water management pond within the southeast corner of the site to meet the rate control and
primary (NURP) treatment requirements
• Infiltration and biofiltration areas to meet the site infiltration (volume control) requirements
The City's goals and policies related to water resource management are to "Reduce, Reuse, and
Replenish" when it comes to the use of drinking water as well as the management of storm water.
The vision behind the policy is to minimize the volume of drinking water used for irrigation, as well
as to provide cost-effective, regional means to infiltrate water to protect downstream water bodies.
St. Cloud • Minneapolis • St. Paul
Equal Opportunity Employer
wsbeng.com
n_,01 904-5 70' ldx, :),,, crx-r ° wusra-i .. .r,..._
