The plans include a 20 -foot wide access easement to allow for access to the storm water pond that is <br />shown on the east edge of the plat, as well as sufficient drainage and utility easements to allow for <br />access to the rear -yard drainage systems. <br />Gradine. Drainase, and Wetlands <br />1.
