The site plan is approved according to the plans received on June 2, 2005, except as <br />amended by this resolution. <br />2. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />3. The 29 proposed parking spaces are adequate for the proposed use, but any change to <br />the building use will require review of the parking requirements in the ordinance. <br />The City may require construction of additional parking spaces at that time. <br />4. There shall be no more than 25 vehicles related to the motor vehicle repair business <br />stored on the property, not including employee vehicles. <br />5. Unlicensed vehicles related to the motor vehicles repair business are allowed to be <br />stored on the property. The vehicles shall have "in -transit" license plates on them <br />when they are driven to and from the property. <br />6. The applicant shall obtain a hazardous waste generators license from Washington <br />County. <br />7. No junk or debris shall be stored on site. No exterior storage of trash, recycling or <br />trash/recycling materials shall be allowed outside. All such materials must be stored <br />in the trash enclosure. <br />
