ZONING DISTRICT: General Industrial (I-3) THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: For exterior storage and a motor vehicle repair business, subject to the following conditions: 1. The site plan is approved according to the plans received on June 2, 2005, except as amended by this resolution. 2. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. 3. The 29 proposed parking spaces are adequate for the proposed use, but any change to the building use will require review of the parking requirements in the ordinance. The City may require construction of additional parking spaces at that time. 4. There shall be no more than 25 vehicles related to the motor vehicle repair business stored on the property, not including employee vehicles. 5. Unlicensed vehicles related to the motor vehicles repair business are allowed to be stored on the property. The vehicles shall have "in -transit" license plates on them when they are driven to and from the property. 6. The applicant shall obtain a hazardous waste generators license from Washington County. 7. No junk or debris shall be stored on site. No exterior storage of trash, recycling or trash/recycling materials shall be allowed outside. All such materials must be stored in the trash enclosure.
