Because the project disturbs less than 1 acre and results in less than 10,000 square feet of <br />impervious surfaces being generated, the project is exempt from the watershed <br />management requirements. <br />5. City utilities are available to the site. The specific connection details will be reviewed as <br />part of the building permit application. <br />We will continue to work with the applicant to address technical design and other minor issues <br />related to the project as the project moves forward.
