Resolution 2014- Bellamy CUP <br />8. The culvert west of Lot E, shall be relocated. Location and design shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the City and MPGA. This shall be completed no later than June 1, 2015. <br />There shall be a staff inspection upon completion. <br />9. Activities shall not impact or fill any wetlands without City and Watershed District <br />approval. <br />10. All stock piles shall be removed from the property within one year of original placement. <br />Record keeping of all stock piles shall be kept including location and date stock pile was <br />made. <br />11.
