This lot is usually maintained monthly (or <br />more frequently) during the spring/summer/fall months depending on the number of horses in this <br />area. Manure can be stock piled in this area if it is removed yearly, however we don't expect to <br />stock pile, other than short term temporary piles before removal. Stock piles will be spread on <br />pasture areas or will be removed from this property totally and spread on local farm fields. Projected <br />amount of decomposed manure that will be removed during "after winter" clean-up is 100 to 300 <br />cubic feet.
