An inspection was conducted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) staff on <br />September 22, 2014. Others present at the inspection included Cindy Bellamy and Shirley Smith. The <br />inspection consisted of a Compliance inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate the <br />Facility for compliance with Minnesota feedlot rules and statutes. <br />The MPCA has determined that the Facility was in compliance with the Minn.
