This sheet provides addilonal area for notes that are not able to fit within checklist notes area. Simply select which <br />section requires additional notes via the drop down menu and then type the additional notes. The cell will automatically <br />expand to display notes but it does still have a limit (4 09.5 pixels of height). You may want to adjust the page margins <br />prior to printing so that all the extra un -used no tes areas do not print. <br />(These instnmtions/noles (above) will not bipatl of a printed copy) <br />Additional Notes <br />This page is to provide additional area to provide notes that did not fit within the designated checklist area. . <br />The notes here are in addition to the notes contained within the checklist. <br />Checklist <br />Page 2 of 1 of the Additional Notes <br />
