The use itself is not required to be <br />screened. The applicant is simply requesting additional horses on site. <br />5. CONCLUSION: <br />Although there are few items to complete in regards to conditions of approval, the applicant has <br />made significant improvements to the property since being aware of the violations. This has been <br />apparent through the site visits. <br />The property meets the City's performance standards for the feedlot. The feedlots and drainage <br />complies with State requirements. It is in staff s opinion that the applicant meets all criteria <br />necessary to approve a CUP. <br />6. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is comfortable with the Facility and Waste Management Plan for the property. <br />Staff recommends approval of the CUP to allow up to 14 horses on the property, subject to the <br />conditions listed in the CUP. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
