RESOLUTION 2013 - <br />APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A HOME OCCUPATION INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A BUILDING ADDITION, ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 17627 HENNA AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Terry Luedeke has requested approval of an Interim Use Permit (IUP) <br />Amendment to allow a 1,344 square foot addition to the existing accessory building on <br />the property. on the property legally described as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Terry Luedeke for a Interim Use Permit (IUP) Amendment to allow a 1,344 <br />square foot addition to the existing accessory building on the property, subject to the <br />conditions included therein: <br />1. The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in Resolution 2011-20. <br />2.
