MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 10, 2013 <br />Call to Order <br />Commissioner Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Kleissler, Knauss, Lessard, Rosenquist, & McRoberts <br />ABSENT: Gwynn <br />ALSO PRESENT: Rachel Juba, Planner <br />Eric Maass, Community Development Intern <br />Approval of Minutes <br />McRoberts made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />July 25, 2013. <br />Arcand, Lessard, Rosenquist, McRoberts all ayes. Knauss & Kleissler abstain due to absence. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ellen St. Sauver — Preliminary and Final Plat for "Hopkins Acres" <br />Planner, Rachel Juba, provided background on the application to the Planning Commission. The <br />applicant is requesting to combine a 3 acre parcel of land and a 37 acre parcel of land to be split <br />into two 10 acre parcels and one 20 acre parcel. This density meets the zoning requirement of <br />the area. <br />Commissioner Kleissler opened the public hearing. <br />No comments. <br />Commissioner Kleissler closed the public hearing. <br />Rosenquist made motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve the preliminary and final plat for <br />Hopkins Arces. <br />All ayes, motion carried. <br />Terry Luedeke IUP Amendment <br />The applicant is requesting to add a 1,344 sq ft addition to an existing accessory building. This <br />addition is being requested so that the applicant can complete work currently being done <br />outdoors, indoors. Applicant is not expanding his business, nor will he be hiring more <br />
