AHNUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />December 5, 2013 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Gwynn called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Gwynn, Lessard, Kleissler, Knauss, McRoberts, Rosenquist <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br />Rachel Juba, Planner <br />Eric Maass, Community Development Intern <br />LaValle Fields PUD and Pre Plat <br />Rachel informed the PIanning Commission that the developer requested that his application be <br />tabled to the next Planning Commission meeting to allow him to gather additional information <br />required for the project. <br />Gwynn motioned, Arcand seconded, to table the application to the December 19t" Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />All Ayes, motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />McRoberts motioned, Rosenquist seconded, to adjourn at 7:03 pm. <br />All Ayes, motion carried. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Eric Maass <br />Community Development Intern <br />
