ORDINANCE 2014 - <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br />CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF FINALE AVENUE NORTH <br />OF FRENCHMAN ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 8) <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map to FUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 29.17 -acre <br />property legally described as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
