Partnership
Investment
Group
Dear Hugo residents and city officials,
The objectives of this Planned Unit Development are to provide a residential living community that
accommodates all age groups. A community that lends itself to its surroundings, is safe, and has the
amenities of a beautifully redesigned and expanded public park.
1) The project may require a slight deviation from the city's land use regulations as it pertains to
density.
2) The project will be asking for an increase in the height restriction of the buildings.
3) Phase I of the project will need a rezoning for a senior care facility.
In return for these concessions for this development:
1) The project will create new property tax revenues.
2) The project will create a minimum of 100 short-term employment jobs.
2) Phase I will create 50 permanent full-time jobs.
3) The project will provide additional connecting trails through the development to the park
4) The city will have the opportunity to enlarge its oldest park.
5) The project will help maintain the stability of city services.
g) The project will increase the local economy with additional residents.
7) The project will create a storm water reuse standard for Lions park.
More -over the development will ultimately accomplish the goal of providing its tenants an affordable
living environment with an architectural aesthetic only found in upscale neighborhoods.
6607 145' Circle N. Hugo, MN 55038 (651) 216-4253
