Ideas
focused on listening to what others have to say, respecting others, and supporting the team by
sharing information and nurturing others' values.
The Commission agreed that these ideas should be passed on to Commissioner Rosenquist, who
was absent from the meeting, before passing them on to the City Council for adoption. It was also
suggested these ideas, when adopted, should be published in the City Newsletter.
The Commission asked that this issue be placed on the next agenda.
