MINUTE'S <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 27, 2002 <br />HUGO CITY HALL <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, McRoberts, Peltier, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: Kleissler, Malaski <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development <br />Michele Lindau, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting June 13, 2002 <br />Schumann made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to recommend approval of the minutes for June <br />13, 2002 as amended. <br />Ayes: Bailly, McRoberts, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />Abstain: Peltier <br />Motion carried. <br />White Oak Fields <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the request of Rodney Bahr, 3363 <br />Oasis Avenue, Stillwater, for preliminary plat approval for a subdivision to be known as White <br />Oak Fields, consisting of four rural residential lots located north of the intersection of 132nd Street <br />and Hadley Avenue. The property is 40.8 acres in size and fronts on 132nd Street North. <br />Staff found the plat would comply with the minimum lot size requirement of 10 -acres and all lots <br />would comply with the minimum lot width of 300 feet. <br />Rodney Bahr was present at the meeting. He said the property would need to be perc tested prior <br />to submitting the final plat, and he would be contacting the Rice Creek Watershed District to <br />apply for any necessary permits. <br />Schumann opened the public hearing. There were no comments and he closed the public hearing. <br />McRoberts made motion, Peltier seconded, to recommend approval of the preliminary plat to be <br />known as White Oak Heights. <br />
