MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 20, 2001 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann reconvened the meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission on March 20, 2001 to order <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask <br />Consultant, Dennis Rosemark <br />ABSENT: Kleissler <br />Joint Meeting With The City Council <br />The Community Development Director requested the Planning Commission attend the joint meeting with the <br />City Council scheduled for April 9, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to <br />discuss the results of the Everton Avenue study, which was conducted by City Staff and property owners in the <br />Everton Avenue area. <br />Proposed Changes to the Zoning Ordinance <br />The Community Development Director and Dennis Rosemark, Rosemark Consulting, discussed with the <br />Planning Commission the proposed changes to the City's Land Use Regulations, specifically, changes to the <br />permitted, accessory, and conditional uses in the commercial and industrial zoned areas. <br />Adiournment <br />At 8:50 pm, Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded, to recess until Thursday, March 22, 2001 at 7:00 pm. <br />All AYES.
