MINUT S <br />HUGO PLANNI)iG COMIVIISSION <br />May to, 2001 <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Kleissler, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />Malaski arrived at 7:30. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask <br />Dennis Rosemark, Rosemark Consulting <br />Draft Zoning Ordinance <br />Rask and Rosemark discussed with the Planning Commission the draft zoning ordinance and <br />draft zoning map. Specifically discussed were residential lot sizes and zoning districts. The <br />Planning Commission provided their comments and requested staff make the appropriate <br />changes to the ordinance prior to the public hearing to be conducted at their regular scheduled <br />meeting on May 23, 2001. <br />Adiournment <br />Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded to adjourn at 10:05 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
