The Future Development Reserve District would provide a holding
zone until a landowner/developer made application for development, at which time the City would rezone the
affected property consistent with its designation in the Comprehensive Plan. It was
agreed that this would be discussed again at the next meeting.
Gravel Pit Operations
Malaski informed the Planning Commission that she witnessed the Hanson/Carron gravel pit operating on
Sunday morning, which is prohibited by the City. Rask informed her that the City Council would be reviewing
their bi-annual permit at which time it would be considered.
Adiournment
Rosenquist made motion, Kleissler seconded, to adjourn at 10:40 pm.
All AYES.
