The <br />40 acre parcel is presently zoned agricultural. The property is being <br />planned for rural residential use in the draft comprehensive plan. <br />The sketch diagram of the 10 acre business- site, included a 20 ft. wide <br />class 5 loop driveway, a 40 .X 80 ft, proposed pole barn, future septic and <br />well locations., a 110 k 182 Toot parking area, a 250 foot gravel access. <br />
