Council/Planning Minutes - May 29, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />The Council and Planning Commission discussed the proposal. Councilmember <br />Leroux requested that staff provide the.Council a risk analysis for the <br />project. Council also requesteW that John Gohmann with the Minnesota <br />Commercial Railway, be invited to a Council meeting to talk about the rail <br />portion of the project. The Mayor requested the staff place this issue on <br />the Council agenda of June 3, 1996. <br />Councilmember Leroux made motion, seconded by Goiffon to adjourn the <br />meeting at 9:35PM. <br />All members voting aye <br />Robert Museus <br />City Administrator <br />
