P.C. Minutes Page 2 - January 25, 1995 Proposal in some detail including the possibility of a planned unit development to include post office and multifamily homes. The Planning Commission has concerns regarding traffic flow, impact on adjacent property owners and future growth of the area. Generally, the Commission was in favor of the site for a post office with appropriate adjacent land use, and Mr. Garry was requested to provide alternate options for development of the site to the Planning Commission. The planner briefly reviewed the proposal and offered options regarding utilities, circulation, businesses on a frontage road, and permature zoning. Schumann made motion, seconded by Miltz-Miller to appoint Tim Agness, vice-chair of the Planning Commission. All aye, motion passed. Mr. Ed Elliott, of Loucks and Associates presented a detailed update on the revised comprehensive plan (and discussed the work to date in some detail) with the Planning Commission and specifically requested that the Commission review the issues section to determine if all the concerns of the City were being adequately addressed in an appropriate manner. To give the Planning Commission time to review the work done to date and prepare comments. Miltz-Miller made motion, seconded by Schumann, to schedule a special meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission on February 15, 1995 at 7:00PM, to discuss the revised comprehensive plan. Motion made by Rubenzer, seconded by Miltz-Miller to adjourn at 10:25PM.
