This special meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission was called to order <br />at 7:00PM by Chairperson Peltier for the purpose of reviewing the draft <br />goals and policies section of the City's revised Comprehensive Plan. <br />PRESENT: Miltz-Miller, Agness, Schumann, Malaski, Kellison, <br />Peltier <br />ABSENT: Rubenzer <br />The Planning Commission completed the review of the goals and policies <br />providing instructions to Mr. Ed Elliott for revisions. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Agness to conduct a public workshop <br />on the goals and policies at 7:00PM, June 14, 1995. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Miltz-Miller requested that staff research the parkland dedication <br />requirements for other communities to determine if the City's current <br />requirement is too low in comparison to other cities. Peltier requested <br />that the Planning Commission members be given a listing of the telephone <br />numbers of the Planning Commission members, City Council and city staff. <br />At approximately 9:30PM Schumann, made motion to recess the meeting until <br />May 17, 1995, 7:00PM, seconded by Agness. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />4 1 ktlu"tt- City Administrator <br />
