PRESENT: Miltz-Miller, Agness, Schumann, Rubenzer, Malaski, Kellison, Administrator Museus, Carole LaBelle ABSENT: Peltier Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Miltz-Miller to approve the minutes of April 26, 1995, as amended. All aye, motion passed. Motion made by Schumann, seconded by Kellison, to approve the minutes of May 10, 1995 as amended. All aye, motion passed. Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Miltz-Miller to table action on the minutes of May 17, 1995, until the June 28, 1995 meeting. All aye, motion passed. SUBDIVISION REQUEST - DARL._E:-NE NORR I S Ms. Darlene Norris, 5812 147th St., Has requested to subdivide her property into two parcels. This property is currently zoned SFU and public water, sewer, and storm sewer- is available. Both parcels will meet the minimum dimension requirements of the City but the subdivision will create a non conforming use for a stied located to the rear of Ms.. Norris' property. City ordinance requires a 50' rear- yard setback. If the new property line is approved the existing shed will be located 10.6 feet from the rear property line of Parcel B. Staff recommends approval of this request subject to special conditions. Ms. Norris provided the City with a letter from her attorney indicating that she is the only fee owner of the property to be subdivided. She also stated she would remove the storage building from the newly created lot to conform with City_ ordinance. There was no comment from the general public. Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Rubenzer to recommend approval of the request of Darlene Norris, to subdivide .5 acres into two parcels which is bordered by 148th St. on the north and 147th St. on the south as proposed in preliminary survey dated April 26, 1995. All aye, motion passed. SPEC I AL_ USE PERM I T - THOMAS WALSH Mr. Thomas, 56.55 165th St. North, has resubmitted an application for a special use permit to store and process firewood at the above address. A previous application for this special use permit was denied by the City Council on April 3, 1995 in response to the Planning Commission's recommendation. The Planning Commission recommended denial of the request r
