P.C. Minutes - 8-23-95 <br />Page 2 <br />Motion made by Schumann, seconded by Agness to recommend approval of the <br />request of Darrell Granger/James and Mary Jo Brassill to subdivide .68 <br />acres at 5720 147th St. subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The subdivision does not create a nonconforming use under the City <br />ordinances, specifically, all buildings and setbacks at 5720 147th <br />St. meet the requirements specified in the City's zoning ordinance. <br />2. No new parcel be created from the subdivision but the 70' x 135' <br />parcel be combined to the Granger property to the west. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Mr. Tom Loucks, Loucks and Associates was present to continue review of <br />the proposed comprehensive plan. <br />Staff was requested to compile background information on the firms <br />applying for the downtown redevelopment project to brief the planning <br />commissioners and provide this information to members prior to interviews <br />on Monday, August 28th. <br />Motion made by Schumann, seconded by Agness to recess the regular meeting <br />until Monday, August 28, 1995, 7:30PM. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />' <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
