Planning Commission - Page 2 <br />March 25, 1987 <br />Mr. Huber reported on a brief meeting he had with John Jergens of Washington <br />County. Mr. Jergens offered assistance at minimal cost to have the planning <br />department critique any changes or recommendations the commission may have re- <br />garding work on the land use plan. Mr. Huber recommended that the commission <br />divide into teams to better evaluate the city and its potential. The planning <br />commission has agreed to meet for a work session on thursday, April 9, 7:OOPM <br />to begin work on the land use map. Mayor Atkinson stated his support for <br />the development of the land use plan and encouragesthe involvement by the <br />planning commission. <br />Mr. Huber has discussed the revision of the subdivision ordinance with <br />Attorney Johnson. Members of the planning commission are encouraged to con- <br />tact the city office with any question or recommendations they may have <br />with regard to the ordinance. <br />Mayor Atkinson advised the commission members of the Special meeting of the <br />City Council at 6:OOPM on April 6, 1987. <br />Motion made by Sullivan, seconded by Senkler to adjourn at 8:05. <br />all aye, motion carried. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
