Planning Commission Minutes <br />April 9, 1986 page 2 <br />Sempel - cont. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval of the <br />Subdivision for Donald Sempel to divide Parcels B & C as indicated on survey <br />with the following conditions; <br />1. A certificate of Survey be provided. <br />2. Parkland dedication be paid if applicable. <br />3. Proof of ownership be provided. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Atkinson made motion, seconded by Rudisill to waive the full plat requirement <br />at this time but if there are any further splits the hardshell requirement <br />should be fulfilled. All aye, motion carried. <br />Mr. Schoeller stated his concern that the city is creating an industrial park <br />across from an existing industrial and questions whether this is good planning. <br />Keith Anderson - Discussion - Mr. Anderson owns approximately 16.5 acres on <br />Round Lake. He would like to separate the ten acres from 6.5 for financing <br />purposes. It is currently zoned RR2. <br />A public hearing was scheduled for May 14, 1986, 7:05 PM provided required <br />information is submitted. <br />John Gross - Variance - Mr. Gross is applying for his home and pole building <br />permits and plans to construct the pole building closer to the road than the <br />house. The pole building site is 900' from the road the the homesite is <br />approximately 1,040' from the road surrounded by pines. <br />Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Atkinson to recommend approval of the <br />variance for John Gross to construct the pole building closer to the road <br />than the principal residence.
