Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 23, 1986 page 2 <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the Kostuch hearing was called to order at 7:35PM. <br />Kostuch - public hearing - subdivision - There was no public in attendance. <br />The property is zoned SFU, but is not currently served by sewer or water. <br />No survey has been done on the one acre parcel and a possible plan for further sub- <br />division was indicated. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer to table the Kostuch application <br />until Aug. 13, 1986 at which time the applicant will provide a certificate of sur- <br />vey and or a legal description for the one acre. All aye, motion carried. <br />The public hearing closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:46. <br />Bramstedt-Rossbach - SUP - Bob Bramstedt would like to construct a building for <br />repair work, sales, and storage. The special use permit is required for exterior <br />storage. This would be a 75' X 150' fenced storage area. The front portion of <br />the lot is zoned RB and the rear piece 93004-2200 is zoned AG. The planning <br />commission scheduled a public hearing on Aug. 13, 7:05 PM to consider the appli- <br />cation. The commission requested that Howard Kuusisto inspect the property and <br />an appropriate deposit be made with the City. <br />Brandt's Auto dismantling license - The Brandt's have moved all articles from <br />the front of the fence. The material stored on the south side of the lot has <br />been moved or partially burned. The remainder will be burned when the water <br />level allows. Evergreens (100) 3' in height have been ordered and should be <br />delivered by the first week of August, planting will take place as soon as <br />possible. <br />Atkinson made motion, seconded by Fashingbauer to extend the annual review until <br />September 24, 1986. All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to recommend totheCity Council <br />that the City engineering or legal council ex lorteth escreekl uter love ong the <br />water along Hwy 61, the ditch system, and/1�Il�� f and o er any supports o Tower <br />Oneka Lake level. All aye, motion carried. <br />Norm Horton - Auto dismantling license - Mr. Flannery represented the businesses. <br />He stated that the test wells have been installed on both sites, results should be <br />available by the Aug. 13th meeting. Roger Dupaul, operator of the northern most <br />business informed the commission he has comnplied with the regulation of height. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer to table the annual renewal until <br />Aug. 13, 1986.
