Planning Commission Minutes <br />August 27, 1986 page 2 <br />Wunderlich - cont. <br />AYE: Rudisill, R. Olson, B. Olson <br />NAY: Schoeller Motion carried. <br />Motion made by Rudisill seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval by <br />Certificate of survey as opposed to a hardshell. <br />AYE: Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Rudisill <br />NAY: Schoeller Motion carried. <br />Walt Thielbar - SUP - Mr. Thielbar would like to operate an upholstery business <br />from the triple garage at 7483 165th St. He employs 2 persons to assist with <br />the business. Occasionally he upholsters automobiles which would be done in <br />an existing pole building. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Ray Olson to recommend approval of the <br />Special Use Permit for Walt Thielbar to use the garage as an upholstery shop <br />at 7483 165th St., zoned Conservancy with the following conditions; <br />1. No generation of offensive odors,glare, dust, smoke, noise, vibration, or <br />or any objectionable influences beyond the property line. <br />2. No over the counter sales. <br />3. No signs other than ordinary signs allowed in the Cons. zone. <br />4. No more than three employees. <br />AYE: Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Rudisill <br />NAY: Schoeller Motion carried. <br />Don Opse - SUP - Mr. Opse would like to keep one horse on his property at <br />8295 122nd St.. Recorded land size is 2.5 acres. <br />Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Ray Olson to recommend approval of <br />the Special Use Permit for Don Opse, 8295 122nd St. to keep one horse on <br />his property zoned RR2. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Norm Horton - Roger DuPaul was present from Modern Auto Parts and stated that <br />the water samples from Modern and Northside have been sent to a laboratory <br />and the results will be forwarded as soon as they receive them. <br />Motion made by Ray Olson, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval of the <br />Auto dismantling license with all existing conditions and provided that <br />the water tests prove to be satisfactory (subject to PCA standards). <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by rudisill, seconded by Ray Olson to adjourn at 9:30PM. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
