MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />November 12, 1986 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:OOPM. <br />PRESENT: Schoeller, Rudisill, Ray Olson, Atkinson <br />ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Bob Olson <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Schoeller to approve the minutes <br />of October 22 with the following corrections; <br />Under Wegleitner; Maintenance and construction of road and cul-de-sac <br />to be done by buyer and seller should be #3 and Proof of ownership <br />should be A. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the Raiolo public hearing for rezoning <br />was called to order at 7:OOPM. <br />Raiolo, Wolkerstorfer - Tom Rehman and Joel Holstad were presenting <br />the problem which seems to be that Mr. Wolkerstorfer sold part interest <br />in the property to Joe Marier. The property is located in the Conser- <br />vancy zone. Ruby Loos informed the commission that at one time there <br />was an application to subdivide into five acre parcels but the process <br />was never completed. <br />The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:25PM. <br />Raiolo, Wolkerstorfer - This application will be tabled until the <br />applicants can provide an exact description of the parcels included <br />in the subdivision and a drawing of the proposed division. They <br />will be rescheduled for the December 10 meeting. This motion made <br />by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill. All aye, motion carried. <br />George & Kathy Schtowchan - Schtowchans and Zaluckyjs arejoint owners <br />in 80 acres in section 16. They would like to realign the boundaries <br />to equal halves. They will contact the Clerk's office when they are <br />ready to schedule a public hearing. <br />Inter -State Lumber - The lumber yard would like to construct additional <br />cold storage (52'x 124' at the longest point) which would be on the rail- <br />road property. Verbal permission was given for the construction by the <br />railroad and letter form should be arriving shortly. It was the concensus <br />of the Commission that the application for site plan in the CB district <br />should be referred directly to the council. Several suggestion were <br />offered, such as speaking with the engineer about runoff, exact dimen- <br />sions of the building and distances from property lines, getting the <br />RR signatures on an application form, and a site plan with more details. <br />There will be no meeting held on Nov. 26, 1986.
