1`11-T TT S OF THE ?ROCI LDI dGS <br />1.UGO PLATUTTYG COTITTISSIO^ <br />April 10, 1985 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Lorch at 7:03PIP. <br />PRESENT: Schoeller, Atkinson, Fashingbauer, Granger, Rudisill, Olson, <br />porch, and Councilman Potts, Schwab, Hauer, Peltier, FcAllister. <br />Yotion made by Rudisill, seconded by Atkinson to approve the minutes of <br />'March 27,1985 after the following corrections; <br />Jasinski — 3) change .right of way to easement and utility easement to <br />utility purposes. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing called to order <br />at 7 : 05 PT," . <br />Dave Vastel — Public hearing; — Mr. Vastel presented his plans for a <br />three wheel recreational park and campground on 165th St. on the <br />Caruth property. The cost of development would be approximately <br />"'1)3501000.00. T"astel was complimented on <br />his presentation and his willingness to work with the residents. <br />T7otion made by T;udisill, seconded by Atkinson to recommend denial of <br />the Special Use Pemlit for a recreational park and mud track requested <br />by Dave 1astel, Bonnie and Jilliam Gear because the impact of the fac— <br />ility is capable of causing detrimental effects on the physical and <br />economical well being of the neighboring residents, file ;,-1985-10—SUP. <br />
