All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular r.^eeti.ng was recessed and the public hearing called to <br />order at 7:07.71. <br />I,aCasse rezoning; - There was no public in attendance for the hearing. <br />The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at <br />7:15*0' <br />1.. <br />TaCasse rezoning - lir. LaCasse explained his plans to rezone approxi - <br />ma'! try 7 acrrom conservancy to agriculture to combine a forty <br />acre parcel adjoining the parcel to be rezoned. All of which is on <br />the east side of :lmcrest. <br />Rudisill made motion, seconded'�r Fashingbauer to recommend approval of <br />the rezoning of approximately seven acres for Cyril and Catherine <br />LaCasse, legal description as published, from conservancy to agr iculture. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Fischer T''ininr, Permit - The application has been received and the fee <br />paid. No complaints have been issued regarding the operation. <br />Fashingbauer made motion, seconded by Rudisill to recommend approval of <br />the reining permit for Fischer Mining with all existing conditions. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Gary Unze - Site Plan Approval c, variance - T'%r. Unze would like to <br />replace his existing garage with a 24 X38 PTorton building (912 sq. ft.) <br />A portion of the new structure would be approximately 10-12 feet from <br />the property line. A letter from the neighbor stating they have no <br />objection to the variance. <br />Yotion made by Olson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval <br />of the 24 x 38 I_orton building for Gary Unze, 10051 180th St. to re- <br />place old garage. All aye, motion carried. <br />T`otion made by Olson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval <br />of the variance to the sideyard setback to within 10 feet of the <br />property line. All ay4,.motion carried. <br />10:OOAM <br />A tentative meeting was set up for June 1, 1985 for member to meet at <br />Hugo :'Auto parts to inspect the property. This item will be on the <br />PC agenda June 12, 1985 to review the fencing issue. <br />
