MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />August 14, 1985 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:02 PM. <br />PRESENT: Olson, Granger, Rudisill, Atkinson, Councilwoman Peltier <br />ABSENT: Schoeller, Fashingbauer <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Granger to approve the minutes of July 24, 1985 <br />with the following correction; add the word recommend to Regnier motion. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing called to order at 7:05PM. <br />Charles Shubat - Public hearing - Publication notice satisfactor, in fil. No <br />public in attendance to comment. <br />Chairman Atkinson reconvened the regular meeting and closed public hearing at 7:12PM. <br />Fashingbauer arrived at 7:15 PM. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Olson to recommend approval of the Charles Shubat <br />request to rezone approximately 40 acres from agriculture to RR2, legal description <br />as published. All aye, motion carried. <br />Rudisill made motion, seconded by Olson to recommend approval of the Charles Shubat <br />request for a land division according to the Certificate of Survey by Hult and Assoc., <br />dated July 22, 1985. All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting recessed and the public hearing called to order at 7:30PM. <br />Sean Hallett - Public hearing - Residents in attendance; <br />Bob Anderson 12784 N. Homestead <br />Martin nelson 12678 N. Homestead <br />Jim Gunn 12644 N. Homestead <br />Bob Bunick Homestead <br />Dick Charest 12770 N. Homestead <br />A letter was received and filed from Grant & Christine Johnson. <br />The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 8:03PM. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of the <br />Conditional use permit for Sean Hallett to fill Lot 7, Royalhaven Estates with <br />the following conditions; <br />1. Secure approval from RCWD. <br />2. Meet all recommendations of the City engineer's letter of August 12, 1985 <br />3. Provide the city a letter of credit to insure erosion control. <br />4. If filling of Lot 7 is not started within one year from date of approval this <br />permit shall become null and void. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />James Lowe - SPA & Variance - Olson made motion, second by Atkinson to recommend <br />approval of the variance request for James Lowe to construct a 44 x 80 pole building <br />closer to Jeffrey Avenue (front setback) than principle building. All aye, motion <br />carried. <br />ATkinson made motion, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of the site <br />
