Planning Commission Minutes - page 2 <br />November 14, 1984 <br />John Distler - SUP - The Distlers own 40 acres which is recorded as three <br />separate parcels. Their house is on one parcel and they would like con- <br />struct a 30 x 68 pole building on an adjoining parcel. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Lorch to recommend approval of a <br />Special Use Permit for John Distler to construct a pole barn on the parcel <br />of land adjoining the property his home is on, with possibly the condi- <br />tions required of Thomas Rykken. With the exception of a permanent letter <br />of credit because of the relative proximity of his home. <br />AYE: Fashingbauer, Atkinson, Rudisill, Potts, Lorch <br />NAY: Olson Motion Carried. <br />Olson noted his objection was that he felt a reduced letter of credit should <br />be required in case the property should be sold. <br />Sandy Borndale - Ms. Borndale owns 152 acres on Harrow Ave. She would like <br />to construct a 100' x 190' pole building to house a riding ring on one lot <br />and her house is on a different parcel. The planning commission will make <br />an inspection of the property. She will be added to the agenda of November <br />28, 1984. <br />Motion to adjourn at 8:58PM made by Fashingbauer, seconded by Potts. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />Curt Leibel - Rezoning - Motion made by Potts, seconded by <br />Rudisill to recommend approval the rezoning for Curt Leibel <br />to rezone from CB to industrial. All aye, motion carried. <br />
