Hill would like to remodel the 40 x 50 building located at the rear of her property to accommodate an on sale liquor establishment Mrs. Hill stated that the building was formerly used to store lumber, and was structurally sound. Tom Crever was present and stated that he had previously inspected the budding and did not find it to be in that condition. Mrs. Hill has a structural engineering report that she will submit to the Bldg. Inspector. At present, she is having a contractor draw up the plans for the remodel- ing. She has purchased the adjoining property from Stan Lynn,and that will be used for parking. Mrs. Hill plans on using the septic system presently located on the newly purchased land. Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to table the request until the meeting of July 9, 1980. All aye. Motion Carried. MR. TOURIST CAMP - SITE PLAN APPROVAL The marrger of ca as as present and stated that Mr. Ramaden just had surgery and couldTaTtend the meeting. He plans on constructing a 32 x 64 pole barn to be used for a grocery store. The campground would be continued, with camping limited from April to October. The property in question lies in the RB district. McAllister stated that a Special Use Permit would be in order to allow for a seasonal business in the RB zone. The proposed mound septic system was drawn up with conditions as required by the State Health Department. The Bldg. Inspector was instructed to contact the City Engineer regarding the proposed system. The Planning Commission has requested that the professional staff pro- vide written comments regarding this matter for the meeting of 7/9/80. WILSON TOOL - SITE PLAN APPROVAL Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to add Wilson Tool to the agenda for all purposes. All aye. Motion Carried. Wilson Tool is proposing to construct a 120 x 270 addition to their present building. The new structure will create positions for between 100 - 300 people. The proposed parking lot will consist of a cement base. Plans for the new structure are on file. Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Wilson Tool to construct a 120 x 270 addition to their present building. Property located in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. All aye. Motion Carried.
