Hill would like to remodel the 40 x 50 building located at the <br />rear of her property to accommodate an on sale liquor establishment <br />Mrs. Hill stated that the building was formerly used to store lumber, <br />and was structurally sound. Tom Crever was present and stated that <br />he had previously inspected the budding and did not find it to be in <br />that condition. Mrs. Hill has a structural engineering report that she <br />will submit to the Bldg. Inspector. <br />At present, she is having a contractor draw up the plans for the remodel- <br />ing. She has purchased the adjoining property from Stan Lynn,and that <br />will be used for parking. Mrs. Hill plans on using the septic system <br />presently located on the newly purchased land. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to table the request <br />until the meeting of July 9, 1980. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MR. TOURIST CAMP - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />The marrger of ca as as present and stated that Mr. Ramaden just had <br />surgery and couldTaTtend the meeting. He plans on constructing a 32 x 64 <br />pole barn to be used for a grocery store. The campground would be <br />continued, with camping limited from April to October. The property <br />in question lies in the RB district. <br />McAllister stated that a Special Use Permit would be in order to allow <br />for a seasonal business in the RB zone. The proposed mound septic <br />system was drawn up with conditions as required by the State Health <br />Department. The Bldg. Inspector was instructed to contact the City <br />Engineer regarding the proposed system. <br />The Planning Commission has requested that the professional staff pro- <br />vide written comments regarding this matter for the meeting of 7/9/80. <br />WILSON TOOL - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to add Wilson Tool <br />to the agenda for all purposes. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Wilson Tool is proposing to construct a 120 x 270 addition to their <br />present building. The new structure will create positions for between <br />100 - 300 people. The proposed parking lot will consist of a cement <br />base. Plans for the new structure are on file. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval <br />of the Site Plan for Wilson Tool to construct a 120 x 270 addition <br />to their present building. Property located in the Bald Eagle Industrial <br />Park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
