Hugo Planning Commission <br />August 12, 1981 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />WILLIAM SCHMIDT - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Schmidt, 6799 177th Street, is proposing the construction of a 32 x 48 pole <br />barn for personal storage. The land is zoned AG. Mr. Schmidt was unable to <br />provide a copy of a tax statement for proof of ownership. Will not be receiving <br />a statement until 1982. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer, to recommend approval of the <br />Site Plan for William Schmidt, 6799 177th Street, to construct a 32 x 48 pole <br />barn for personal storage only, as per submitted Site Plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ROBERT DOTTE - REZONING <br />Mr. Dotte is proposing the division of 37 acres into three parcels (10, 10, and 17). <br />A portion of the 37 acres is in the CONS zone, and an application has been sub- <br />mitted for rezoning to AG. Before a public hearing can be published, Mr. Dotte <br />was instructed to provide the secretary with a legal description for the land <br />to be rezoned. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer, to set a public hearing for <br />September 9, 1981, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the request of Robert and Joseph <br />Dotte to rezone approximately 20 acres from the Conservancy District to the <br />Agriculture District. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />HOWARD MOE - SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Moe was present and stated that, at this time, he does not have the finances <br />to go through the platting procedure for subdivision. }ie stated that he does not <br />have any alternative but to withdraw his application and request a refund of the <br />$60.00 fee. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Hanson, to. table the Howard Moe subdivision re- <br />quest until the meeting of August 26, 1981, at which time Mr. Moe is to either <br />provide the necessary information for subdivision or submit a letter of withdrawal. <br />All aye.
