MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />January 13, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Peltier at 8:04 PM. <br />PRESENT: Greger, Hanson, Lorch, Peltier (Mayor LaValle) <br />ABSENT: Knuteson and Fashingbauer <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by Hanson, to approve the minutes of December 9, <br />1981, after the following correction has been made: <br />(Gessner) "and that Maurice Gessner also bring his warranty deed and tax statement. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LESTER SCHMIDT - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Jim Meyer, acting on behalf of PHD Industry, Palsa Bottling, and Lester Schmidt, <br />was present to answer any questions regarding the application. Mr. Meyer stated <br />that, initially, Grace Development had sold the entire parcel (known as Lot 3, <br />Block 2) in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park to George Nixa. His brother-in-law, <br />Lester Schmidt, was the financial backer of the business and fee owner of the <br />property. Mrs. Peltier asked about the assessments on the property. LaValle <br />stated that the assessment was on a per foot basis, and could be recalculated that <br />way on each new parcel. If split approval is granted, Grace Development will own <br />Parcel A, PHD - Parcel B, and Palsa Bottling - Parcel C. Mr. Meyer will submit <br />the necessary paperwork as required (application and title opinion). <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Minor Sub- <br />division of Lester Schmidt, to divide Lot 3, Block 2, Bald Eagle Industrial Park, <br />into 3 lots (Parcels A, B, and C), subject to Mr. Meyer the actual application and <br />a title opinion prior to the next City Council meeting, yj,,�_,„K-r. f <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 27, 1982 has been cancelled. The next <br />regular meeting will be February 10, 1982. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Lorch, to adjourn at 8:57 PM. <br />All aye.
